Plateau Duncan Fertilizer Company is an NPK Fertilizer Blending Company, duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria with RC NO 1398211 and situated in Forom, Baki Ladi, Jos, Plateau State.

The company is a special purpose vehicle created between Plateau State Government and Oil and Chemical International (OCI) Ltd, a member of Duncan Group of Companies through the instrument of a public private partnership agreement signed in August, 2016.

Under the partnership, Plateau State Government transferred 90% of its interest in its fertilizer facilities in Forom, Bakin Ladi, Jos, which at the time was in the substructure phase, to OCI. The role of OCI under the partnership is to take over the project, finance and provide the technical and management support for management of the facility.
